Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Training Course

This two-day seminar has been specifically designed to help multifamily maintenance professionals learn the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations including inspection techniques and processes to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).

A CPO Certified Pool/Spa Operator is a person who has successfully completed a specific course of instruction sanctioned by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). The PHTA was formed in 2019, combining the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) and the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF). 

The CPO certification is valid for 5 years. 

An exam will administered following the course. You must attend the entire two-day course to be eligible to take the certification exam. You must pass the exam in order to obtain certification.
